Included are one-to-one coaching and group sessions, which explore strategic growth, funding for growth, leadership for growth, internationalisation and so much more.
The programme starts in September 2024 and finishes in March 2025, delivered over 15 hours which equates to 3 hours per month.
Group sessions are delivered in-person at a location in Poole or Dorchester.
There is no charge to participating businesses, the programme is being funded by the Dorset LEP as part of their plans to create economic growth.
