Project Summary:
Restoration and conversion of the LSI building to support provision of services for local economic growth.
Outputs:
- Contemporary and innovative workspaces to encourage new business growth and support development of existing business
- Work hub space to support new and innovative working practices, providing entry level workspace for fledgling businesses and flexible provision for individual and portfolio working practices
- Flexible meeting and networking space comprising formal, private meeting rooms, meeting pod space and informal networking/breakout space
- Fully networked provision providing advantageous bandwidth, uncontended broadband traffic and unrivalled uptime for users
Outcomes:
- 9 direct jobs
- 2 apprentices
- Annual reinvested income of £225k
