Richard has been an elected councillor working on numerous councils since 1993. Prior to becoming Deputy Leader of Dorset Council, he was Chairman of the Audit and Governance Committee.
Richard retired two years ago from working for the Ministry of Defence as a Corporate and Project Risk Manager, working on some of the biggest Facility Management re-let contracts in Europe.
