The Factory, Poole, now operates as a Business Development Hub and Social Enterprise Centre of Excellence. It operates as part of the New Leaf Company Limited, a subsidiary of BCHA. The current core functions of the Factory are: office rental, co-working desk hire, business administration services, conferencing facilities and café. The Factory in Alder Hills is both the headquarters and part of The New Leaf Company, the social enterprise arm of BCHA, which is a specialist housing organisation, helping homeless and vulnerable people access the right housing, health, learning and work opportunities.
